At this time, we only allow people with a U.S. shipping address to purchase items from other users.

How do I find the item I want to buy?
There are several ways to find the item you are looking for. The first is to use the search feature. Just enter a few keywords and the most relevant items will be shown. Another way to find the item you are looking for is by looking through our categories. All of the items on our site are listed by genre to make them easier to find.

I've found the item I want, how do I buy it?
To purchase an item, first click on the "add to cart" link. This will add the item to your virtual shopping cart. You can change the quantity of an item as well as remove it from your cart. Once you are happy with the contents of your cart, click the "proceed to checkout" link. On this page you will enter your shipping and billing information. To place your order, click the "submit order" link. Shortly after you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the contents of your order.

Do I have to pay with a credit card?
Yes, we only accept payment via credit cards. This allows sellers to be paid quickly and buyers to receive their items in a timely manner.

What does condition mean?
Every item that is listed on BSR Media is rated by its condition. This rating helps determine the price of an item. Please see the table below for a description of each condition.

New Item must be in perfect condition and be factory sealed. If item is a dvd or cd, it must be factory sealed with shrinkwrap. The item cannot have any holes or cuts to the barcode or case.
Like New The item does not have to be factory sealed, but it must be in perfect condition and include original manuals, inserts, etc.... The item cannot have an holes or cuts to the barcode or case.
Good The item includes original manual, inserts, etc., but they do not have to be in perfect condition. The dvd, cd, or tape must still function properly and not skip.
Acceptable The item may or may not include the original packaging. The dvd, cd, or tape must still function properly and not skip.

How do I contact a seller?
You can contact any seller on BSR Media by clicking on the contact link next to the item they are selling. Also, if you have had a transaction with this user in the past, you may retrieve their email address and contact them directly using the same method.

How does a seller know where to ship my item?
When you purchase an item on BSR Media, you will enter an address to have your items shipped to. This address will then be given to the seller.

Can I view other items a user is selling?
Yes. You can view all of the other items a user is selling by clicking on their username. This will bring you to a page that lists all of the other items a user is selling.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free if you choose the "Standard Shipping" option. If you need your order faster, some sellers offer priority shipping. If you choose priority shipping, the shipping cost is $2.50 per item.

What if I don’t want to deal with another user?
No problem, just go to our
block user page and find the user you no longer wish to deal with. Once you have added a user to your blocked users list, they will no longer be allowed to take place in transactions with you.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order through the
your account section of the site. You can find the date your order was shipped as well as any tracking information the seller may provide.

When will my item ship?
BSR Media requires that sellers ship your item out within two days. If the seller has not shipped your items out within two days, your order will be canceled. This is done to ensure that you get your items as soon as possible.

How will my item ship?
If you chose "Standard Shipping", your items will be shipped via USPS media mail or any faster shipping service. If you chose "Priority Shipping", your items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail or any faster shipping service.

Can I cancel an order I have placed?
You can cancel an order that has not shipped yet. To do so, go to the
your account section of the site and click the cancel link next to your order. If you don't want to cancel your entire order, you may do so by clicking the cancel link next to each item you would like to cancel.

I have received the wrong item.
If you have a problem with a transaction, the first step to resolving it is to contact the seller directly. You can contact the seller by going to the
your account section of the site and finding the order in question. On the order page, their will be a link that allows you to contact the seller.

How do I leave feedback?
You can leave feedback by going to the

Selling you item on BSR Media is easy. You can start by clicking here. The first step is to find the item that you would like to sell. No, in order to sell items on BSR Media, you must live in the U.S. We do this to ensure that buyers receive their items in a timely matter.

Why do I need to verify my sellers account?
We ask that you verify
your account to protect buyers. We use your credit car information to verify your identity. You are not charged anything to verify your account.

How do I verify my sellers account?
The first time you sell an item on BSR Media you will be asked automatically to verify your account. You only need to verify your account once and then you are done.

What are the fees to list an item on BSR Media?
There are no fees to list an item for sale on BSR Media. However, we do collect a commission when an item has sold. The commission fee is 8% of the selling cost plus an additional $0.49 per item.

How do I contact a buyer?
You can contact a buyer by clicking on the contact link next to their name. Also, if you have had a transaction with this user in the past, you may retrieve their email address and contact them directly using the same method.

When you list your item we try to provide you with a suggested sale price. You can use this suggested price or look at what other users are selling the same item for to determine your price.

What if the item I want to sell is not listed?
If you don't see the item listed on our site, just send us an
email that includes the title, format and upc of the item you would like to sell.

What if I find an error in a listing?
If you think the information we have for a listing is incorrect, please send us an
email telling us what is incorrect and a link to where we can verify the correct information.

How long does my listing appear on BSR Media?
Your listing will appear on BSR Media until it sells for no charge. We want to help you sell your item and do so for no listing fee.

How do I edit a listing?
You can edit your listing by going to the
your account section of the website and finding the listing you would like to edit. Next to your listing will be a edit listing link. This link will allow you to edit the price, quantity and notes for your listing.

How do I delete a listing?
You can delete your listing by going to the
your account section of the website and finding the listing you would like to remove. Next to your listing will be a link to remove your listing.

How do I get paid?
You can receive payment by either a check or paypal. Please note that there is a $3.00 processing fee for payment via check. We will send payment to your default shipping address if you chose payment via check or to your email on file if you chose payment via paypal. We send out payments on the 15th and 30th of each month for transactions that were shipped before the 10th and 25th of the month.

How do I change my payment method?

When do I get paid?
