Orders for in stock items usually ship within 24 hours. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it via the your account section of our site. To do so, find the order you wish to cancel and click the "cancel order" link next to it. Your card will not be charged for canceled orders.

All items that you wish to return must meet the following criteria:
You must ship your goods back to us within 30 days of our ship date. You can find the ship date by looking at the order summary in the your account section of the site.
The cost of return shipment is your responsibility. You may ship the merchandise back to us via any carrier you choose.
If the merchandise you wish to return matches the above criteria, you may ship your items to the address below. Once we receive your unopened item, we will issue you a full refund minus our actual shipping costs. Please note that our actual shipping cost may be different than the shipping amount you were charged when you purchased the item. Please include with your shipment the original order number. Without this number, we will be unable to process your return.
