Are the items you sell bootlegs?
No, all of the items we sell are factory originals. All of the items we are selling as new are factory sealed and are the same as you would buy in a retail store.

What is your return policy?
You can return any unopened items purchased in the last 30 days on bsrmedia.com for a full refund minus our actual shipping costs. Please note that our actual shipping cost may be different than the shipping amount you were charged when you purchased the item. Once an item has been opened, we can no longer accept it for a refund. Before you ship an item you would like to return, please contact us via email.

What if I receive a defective item?
We will replace defective items purchased in the last 30 days on bsrmedia.com. If the item is out of print or we are unable to acquire a replacement copy, we cannot provide any type of refund.

There is an item I would like to buy/sell but I don't see it listed on your website. What can I do?
Please contact us via email. We will be able to tell you if we are able to obtain an item or if we are interested in purchasing an item.

What are your shipping charges?
Standard Shipping
If you choose the Standard Shipping option, your items will be shipped via USPS media mail. The cost for standard shipping is $1.29 for the first item and $.59 for each additional item.

Priority Shipping
If you choose the priority shipping option, your items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The cost for this option is based on weight and destination. Please add all of the items to your cart and proceed through the checkout process. The final checkout page will display your costs for Priority shipping.

International Shipping
We ship our international orders via USPS Airmail Letter-post. The cost for this option is different for each country. Please add all of the items to your cart and proceed through the checkout process. The final checkout page will display your costs for international shipping.

What do “In Stock”, “On Order” and “Pre-Order” mean?
In Stock
We have the item in stock and ready to ship. Most orders marked as in stock will be shipped within 24 hours.

On Order
We do not have this item in stock, but will place an order for it. Items we order usually take either 5-7 days to ship or 3-4 weeks to ship. Next to each item will be a shipping estimate. If after 90 days we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified and your order will be canceled.

Pre-Order
Pre-Order has two meanings. The first meaning is the item has not yet been released. The second meaning is this item has a pending price drop. Either way, there will be a date nearby that will tell when this item is expected to ship.
